Functie

• Beheren van orders om een tijdige en correcte levering aan klanten te garanderen
• Opstellen van de ‘demand planning’ in samenwerking met interne afdelingen
• Intern opvolgen, oplossen en beantwoorden van vragen van klanten
• Oppakken van de sample aanvragen tot en met het gereed maken voor verzending
• Ondersteunen van het verkoop team in verband met de behoeftes van de klant
• Opstellen van periodieke rapportages

Profiel

• Een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een voordeel
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• Communicatief sterk, klant- en resultaatgericht
• Graag met cijfers werken
