Technical Account Manager

At Delta Elektronika we design and manufacture high-quality programmable power supplies that are used worldwide in research, industry, and high-tech development. To maintain our strong position, it is essential to build lasting relationships with our international distributors and customers. As a Technical Account Manager, you combine technical understanding with commercial insight: you support our partners, translate market feedback into opportunities, and ensure our products are successfully positioned in a demanding, high-tech market.

We are currently looking for a:

“Technical Account Manager”

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain strong contact with our international distributors and end customers.
• Support distributors so they can effectively represent and sell our products.
• Gather market and customer feedback and translate it into opportunities and solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new applications and industry developments.
• Collaborate with Management, R&D, Production, and Support to align customer needs with company capabilities.
• Represent Delta Elektronika during customer visits and at trade shows.

Expectations:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
• Solid technical basis (electronics/electrical engineering) to understand our products and applications.
• Strong commercial insight: able to weigh opportunities against impact on the whole company.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the electronics industry or with technical products is an advantage.
