Crew Coordinator

As a Crew Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to organize a highly efficient crew supply service for our offshore units. Your duties will include ensuring timely arrival of the crew members with all required documentation for the respective units.

This role demands proactive engagement, with a focus on delivering seamless and high-quality crewing and crew logistics services.

Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating training programs, handling rescheduling tasks, and facilitating any necessary crew replacements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in HRM although substantial experience in a similar role will also be considered.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate within a diverse team.
• Proven track record of experience in a maritime/offshore industry.
