Associate HR Representative at DOW

Located in Terneuzen, Dow’s HR department has over 85 HR colleagues from different nationalities working together as one Team to foster an inclusive culture where trust, transparency, empowerment, and accountability are encouraged and embraced. What’s your job about?

• Handle administrative and supportive tasks for the HR department, including invoicing and vendor management, facility management, onboarding and offboarding of new hires, departmental communications and general HR support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding facility and support requirements.
• Gain exposure to various HR disciplines within Dow
• Develop key skills in customer care, stakeholder management, administration and organizational skills.

What skills do you have?

• A vocational degree is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experience in vendor management and invoice handling is highly preferred
• Experience working with SAP (preferred).
• You have a customer focused mindset, an eye for structure and organization, prioritization skills and a passion for HR.
• You have great communication & interpersonal skills in English a second European language is preferred.
