Associate Business Office Analyst at DOW

Learns and provides assistance for various activities within the Business Office Domain. Responsibilities can range from software asset management and license compliance reporting, purchase requisition and purchase order submission, delivering operational governance dashboards and metrics, reporting financial performance including trend analysis, cost allocation and basic forecasting to support performance center budget expectations and other supporting activities for the function.

In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.

It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

• Begins to execute data collection, cleansing and data entry for specific responsibilities

• Provides management reporting to facilitate effective strategic decision making

What skills do you have?

• Bachelor degree in IT discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
