You ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and that all dishes meet the established quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating, planning, and supervising daily kitchen operations, making adjustments as needed.
Independently preparing dishes according to agreed-upon guidelines and recipes.
Training and coaching the kitchen team to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines and maintenance requirements.
Managing kitchen inventory and checking invoices and deliveries.
You are a passionate and organized cook who thrives in a dynamic work environment and knows how to bring out the best in your team. You are stress-resistant, precise, and quality-focused. In addition, you have:
- Experience in a similar role.
- A completed SVH Kitchen qualification or an equivalent program.
- Excellent command English and open to learn Dutch
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and experience complying with health and safety regulations.
- Physical fitness for an active work environment involving walking, standing, and working in hot conditions.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
