What’s your job about?
The main task is providing day-to-day logistics support, expertise in arranging transport and managing logistics issues. Next to that we come across situations that require exception-management skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Follow up on customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and lowest cost-to-service product transportation to the final destination.
• Monitors Logistics Service Providers on performance.
• Ensures timely processing the administrative flow of the inbound and outbound process.
• Responsible for solving transactional failures.
• Close collaboration with Logistics Service Providers, taking appropriate action in case of non-compliances and supports logistics Quality Measure resolution.
• Verifies if logistics capacity versus demands can be matched (including special requests).
• Responsible for accuracy of logistics data and accurate logistics charges.
• Manages non-standard orders, changes and exceptions requiring different transport arrangements.
• Checks, approves and books (additional) logistics costs in system timely.
